Product Features
Using modern CAD design methods, excellent hydraulic performance, high efficiency and low wear rate; spacious flow passage, good anti-clogging performance, excellent cavitation performance; using a combination of impeller and packing seal and mechanical seal to ensure no slurry leakage; reliable design, ensuring a significant increase in the mean time between failures (MTBF) of the whole machine; using thin oil lubricated metric bearings, reasonable setting of lubrication and cooling system, ensuring the bearing operation at low temperature; flow components using special materials, good wear resistance and corrosion resistance; after special treatment, used for seawater ash removal and seawater and salt spray electrochemical corrosion conditions; can be used in multi-stage series within the allowable pressure range, the maximum allowable working pressure is 3.6Mpa; this series of slurry pumps has the advantages of reasonable structure, high efficiency, reliable operation and convenient maintenance, and is widely used in power, metallurgy, mining, coal, building materials, chemical and other industrial sectors for conveying abrasive or corrosive slurry, especially power plant ash.
