Performance
The IS type pump is designed according to the performance and dimensions stipulated in the international standard ISO2858. The pump is horizontally installed, with horizontal axial suction and upward radial discharge. It is mainly composed of (1) pump body (2) pump cover (3) impeller (4) pump shaft (5) sealing ring (6) shaft sleeve (7) suspension bearing components, etc. The pump body and pump cover of the IS type pump are split from the back of the impeller, which is the so-called back-door structure. Its advantage is that it is easy to maintain and repair. During maintenance, the pump body, suction pipeline, and discharge pipeline do not need to be moved, and the rotor components can be removed for maintenance. The pump casing (i.e., the pump body and pump cover) constitutes the pump's working chamber, and the impeller, shaft, and rolling bearings are the rotor of the shaft. The suspension bearing components support the pump's rotor components, and the rolling bearings bear the pump's radial and axial forces. The pump shaft seal uses soft packing seal. The bearing is a single-row deep groove ball bearing, lubricated with lubricating oil. The material of the flow-through components is generally ordinary gray cast iron. If the user has special requirements for the material, it can be determined in consultation with our factory. Viewed from the motor end, the pump rotor rotates clockwise.
Structural Type
The pump is horizontally installed, various multi-stage and single-stage pumps are manufactured by Sanchang Changsha Pump Factory. Horizontal axial suction, upward radial discharge. The pump body is of the back-door type, and the pump body, suction, and discharge pipes do not need to be disassembled for maintenance. The pump shaft seal uses packing seal or mechanical seal. The bearings are rolling bearings, using thin oil lubrication. There are two types of pump covers, one with an internal water seal hole and the other with an external water seal hole. This must be specified when ordering.

Complete Set Scope
The pump, motor, common base, and coupling are supplied as a complete set, and a check valve, gate valve, low valve, and discharge cone pipe are also provided. Whether or not a discharge cone pipe is included must be specified by the user according to the pipeline installation.
