Product Description

The ZJQ submersible slurry pump has undergone comprehensive optimization and innovative design in hydraulic modeling, sealing technology, mechanical structure, and protection‑control systems. This product features a simple structure, easy installation, safe and reliable operation, and a long service life. When submerged, the pump eliminates the need for complex surface pump houses or fixed mounting structures, operates without noise or vibration, and helps maintain a cleaner, more organized worksite.

Product Usage

This product is suitable for conveying abrasive slurries containing sand, coal slag, tailings, and other particulate materials, and is primarily used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, power generation, chemical processing, environmental protection, river and canal dredging, sand extraction, and municipal engineering. It features convenient installation and mobility, high sludge‑pumping efficiency, and the ability to operate safely and reliably over long periods under harsh operating conditions, making it an ideal replacement for conventional vertical submersible pumps and submersible sewage pumps.

Terms of Use
1. Power supply: 380 V, three-phase, 50 Hz (voltage and frequency can be customized upon request);
2. The medium temperature generally does not exceed 60°C, with a pH range of 4–10 and a specific gravity ≤ 1300 kg/m³. ^3;
3. Suitable for media containing highly abrasive solid particles and mildly corrosive sewage slurry;
4. The diameter of solid particles in the fluid shall not exceed 80% of the pump’s minimum flow passage dimension.
