ISW Pipeline Pump Features
1. Compact Structure. This series of pumps features a horizontal structure, with the motor and pump integrated as one unit. They are aesthetically pleasing, have a small footprint, and occupy 30% less space compared to ordinary horizontal pumps. If an IP54 outdoor motor is used, a pump room is not required, and the pump can be placed outdoors.
2. Stable Operation, Low Noise, High Component Concentricity. The motor and pump are directly connected, simplifying the intermediate structure and increasing operational stability. The impeller has good dynamic balance, resulting in vibration-free and low-noise operation, extending bearing life and improving the operating environment.
3. The shaft seal uses a mechanical seal, with the stationary and rotating rings made of hard alloy, ensuring wear resistance, no leakage, and a long service life.
4. Using an advanced hydraulic model, it features high efficiency and good performance.
5. Unique Structure. A drain hole is provided on the underside of the pump body, and pressure taps are provided on the inlet and outlet flanges to ensure normal operation and maintenance of the pump.
6. This series of horizontal pumps has a horizontal inlet and a vertically upward outlet, facilitating pipeline layout.
Product Applications
1. The ISW type horizontal centrifugal pump is used for transporting clear water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressure boosting, marine use, garden irrigation, fire pressure boosting, long-distance transportation, HVAC circulation, bathroom hot and cold water circulation, and equipment matching. The operating temperature of the medium should not exceed 85℃.
2. The ISWR type horizontal hot water circulation pump is suitable for energy, metallurgy, wood processing, chemical, textile, papermaking, as well as hotels, bathrooms, hotels, boiler hot water pressure boosting circulation, and urban residential heating circulation. Applicable temperature does not exceed 120℃.
3. The ISWH type horizontal chemical centrifugal pump is suitable for transporting corrosive liquids in the petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical, and synthetic fiber industries. Applicable temperature -20-105℃.
4. The ISWY type horizontal explosion-proof oil pump is suitable for transporting flammable and explosive liquids in the petroleum, light textile, chemical, and machinery industries. The temperature of the transported medium does not exceed 120℃.
5. The ISWHY type horizontal stainless steel explosion-proof chemical centrifugal pump is suitable for transporting flammable and explosive chemical liquids.
6. ISWD, ISWRD, ISWHD, ISWYD, and ISWHYD type horizontal low-speed centrifugal pumps are suitable for occasions with high environmental noise requirements, especially for air conditioning system chilled water, cooling water circulation, and terminal pressure boosting.
Operating Conditions
1. The maximum pressure of the pump system is 1.6 MPa, i.e., pump suction pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6 MPa (when the pump system operating pressure is higher than 1.6 MPa, it should be specified separately when ordering so that cast steel can be used for the pump's flow parts and connecting parts during manufacturing).
2. The transported medium is clear water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water (when the transported medium contains fine particles, it should be specified separately when ordering so that a wear-resistant mechanical seal can be installed).
3. Ambient temperature does not exceed 40℃, altitude does not exceed 1000m, and relative humidity does not exceed 95%.
