ISG Pipeline Pump Features

The pump has a vertical structure, with the inlet and outlet diameters being the same and located on the same center line. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. It is equipped with mounting feet to increase the stability of the pump. The compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, and low construction investment are notable features. The impeller is directly installed on the extended shaft of the motor. The axial dimension is short, and the structure is compact. The pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured, effectively balancing the radial and axial loads generated during pump operation, ensuring smooth operation and low vibration and noise. The shaft seal uses a mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals. Import titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-temperature resistant mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials are used for wear-resistant sealing, effectively extending the service life of the mechanical seal. Installation and maintenance are convenient; there is no need to disassemble the pipeline system. Simply remove the pump body nut to remove all the rotor components. The pump can be operated in series or parallel according to the required flow rate and head. Vertical or horizontal installation of the pump can be adopted according to the pipeline layout requirements.

Product Applications

ISG type pipeline centrifugal pumps are used for transporting clear water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water. They are suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressure boosting, garden irrigation, fire pressure boosting, and equipment matching. Operating temperature T: ≤80°C. IRG(GRG) type hot water (high-temperature) circulation pumps are widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, hotels, restaurants, and other boiler high-temperature hot water pressure boosting circulation and urban heating system circulation. IRG operating temperature T: ≤120°C, GRG operating temperature T: ≤240°C. IHG type pipeline chemical pumps are used for transporting liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. They are suitable for the petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical, and synthetic fiber industries. Operating temperature T: -20°C-120°C. YG type pipeline oil pumps are used for transporting gasoline, diesel, kerosene, and other petroleum products. Operating temperature T: -20°C-120°C.

Operating Conditions

Suction pressure ≤1.0Mpa, or higher system working pressure ≤1.6Mpa, i.e., pump suction pressure + pump head ≤1.6Mpa. The pump hydrostatic test pressure is 2.5Mpa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. If the pump system working pressure is greater than 1.6Mpa, please specify this when ordering so that the pump's flow passage and connecting parts can be made of cast steel. Ambient temperature <40°C, relative humidity <95%. The volume content of solid particles in the transported medium does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size is <0.2mm.

Based on the ISG type vertical pipeline centrifugal pump, hot water pipeline pumps, high-temperature pipeline pumps, corrosive chemical pumps, and oil pumps are derived according to different operating temperatures and media. The ISG pipeline pump has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, and reliable performance.
