The LC series of high-efficiency flue gas desulfurization circulating pumps is a new generation of desulfurization pumps carefully developed by our company based on the successful design and manufacturing experience of the original LC-T series slurry pumps. Targeting the characteristics of flue gas desulfurization pumps used in China's industry, it meets the needs of limestone (lime)/gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization process pumps used in China's coal-fired power plants. It incorporates advanced technologies from similar products at home and abroad and is specifically designed for absorption tower circulating pumps with a PH value of 2.5～13, chloride ion concentration of ≤60000ppm, weight concentration of ≤60%, and medium temperature of ≤100℃.

This series of desulfurization circulating pumps meets the energy efficiency standards and energy-saving evaluation requirements, demonstrating significant energy-saving effects. The product meets safety, quality, and environmental protection standards and has been included in the Recommended Catalog of Energy-Saving Electromechanical Equipment (Products) of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

Performance and Advantages

1) The pump has an all-metal structure. The pump body uses ultra-low carbon nitrogen-containing duplex stainless steel CD4MCuN, while the impeller and wear plate use high-chromium wear-resistant alloy Cr30A, offering superior corrosion and wear resistance, and a long service life.
2) The pump is a single-volute, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pump with a "rear-pull" structure. Disassembling components such as the impeller, mechanical seal, and shaft does not require dismantling the pump inlet and outlet pipelines, making maintenance convenient.

3) It generally uses a single-end face assembled mechanical seal for easy disassembly and assembly. The impeller is designed with balancing holes to avoid large particles from contacting the mechanical seal.
4) The axially adjustable structural design allows for easy impeller adjustment, maintaining the clearance between the impeller and the front pump cover and wear plate, thus maintaining high pump efficiency.
5) The pump shaft is a large-diameter, short-head shaft, which reduces shaft deflection during operation, thus extending the service life of the seal.
6) The impeller and shaft use a double-key connection and double locking device, solving the problem of impeller reversal and detachment during shutdown and backwashing.
7) It uses a thin oil lubricated bearing, equipped with an oil level gauge and a constant level oil cup to ensure good lubrication. A safe and reliable labyrinth dustproof disc effectively prevents dirt and impurities from entering and prevents lubricating oil leakage.

Product Applications

Absorption Tower Slurry Circulation
Core Function: To pressurize and transport limestone (CaCO₃) or lime (CaO) slurry from the bottom of the absorption tower to the spray layer. After atomization through the nozzle, it fully reacts with SO₂ in the flue gas to achieve desulfurization.

Maintaining Reaction Efficiency: The continuous operation of the circulating pump ensures maximum contact area between the slurry and flue gas, improving SO₂ removal rate (usually >95%).

Gypsum Slurry Transportation
Byproduct Processing: Transporting the gypsum slurry (mainly CaSO₄) generated after the reaction to equipment such as cyclones and dehydrators for solid-liquid separation and recycling.

System Cleaning and Slag Discharge
Pipeline Flushing: Prevents slurry deposition and scaling, keeping the system unobstructed.

Waste Slag Discharge: Transports waste slag generated during desulfurization to the wastewater treatment system.
