The IS centrifugal pump is a new‑generation, single‑stage, single‑suction, horizontal clean‑water centrifugal pump designed in accordance with the performance and dimensional specifications set forth in the international standard ISO 2858. Its technical standards are fully aligned with international norms, offering broad versatility. The complete series comprises 140 model sizes, yet employs only four types of shafts; within each size, components such as bearings, shaft seals, and impeller fasteners are fully interchangeable. Moreover, the series features just four distinct suspension designs. This pump is one of China’s promoted energy‑efficient pump products. It adopts a rear‑opening design, allowing the suction and discharge piping to remain intact during removal of the pump cover and impeller. The suspension houses two ball bearings, lubricated with machine oil or grease. The pump is directly driven by an electric motor via an elastic coupling. The volute, base, suction flange, and discharge flange are integrally cast as a single unit. It is suitable for conveying clean water and liquids with physicochemical properties similar to water, free of solid particles. The pump finds extensive application in industrial and agricultural settings, as well as in municipal water supply, drainage, and fire‑fighting systems.

The IR-type hot-water pump is a highly efficient, energy-saving product designed for conveying hot water below 200°C, as well as corrosive liquids with viscosities similar to water. It is primarily used in the production of color picture‑tube glass envelopes for cold‑ and hot‑water rinsing, and in industries such as metallurgy, chemical processing, textile dyeing, ceramics, heating, air conditioning, and waste‑heat recovery.
